1st Himalayan Guide Pathibhara Marathon

First Himalayan Guides Pathibhara Marathon 2009 (2065) is an International High Altitude Adventure Sports Event being held at doorstep of Mt. Kanchanjungha, on February every year, to commemorate the historical area of Mt. Kanchanjungha range. First Himalayan Guides Pathibhara Marathon, one of the Toughest Marathon, is open for all High Altitude Running enthusiasts above 18 years of age with sound mind and body.

First Himalayan Guides Pathibhara Marathon expecting marvelously participation, already submitted form by 200 Nepalese and Western runners. On hand at Taplejung Bazar, the Limbu Capital at 10,100 feet were glorifying this Adventure Race and morale boosting the participants of this Mountain Running event.

First Himalayan Guides Pathibhara Marathon is considered by many High Altitude Running lovers as the ultimate race or the ultimate challenge of this form of extreme sport . These runners endure the harsh weather and even digest altitude sickness to participate in this Highest Marathon Racing.
